Technical description of the model

Men's pants for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects.

The pants are tapered to the bottom.
The front halves of the pants with a "bow fold" closure on three loops and three buttons, with side internal pockets.
On the right back half is stitched patch pocket with beveled corners.
On the side seams are patch pockets and flaps with beveled corners, which are fastened with a textile clasp. Lower flaps made of light gray finishing fabric with a roll over the front side. The lower edge of the pockets is stitched with a border made of light gray finishing fabric. When stitching on the left patch pocket, the Tornado branded black label is inserted.
The patch pockets, flaps, entrances to the side inner pockets are stitched with double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm.
The waistband is solid-cropped with an edging and 5 shlevki. Inside the belt is inserted a technical cord, which is fastened with a tack on the right side, and on the left side is led through a loop and threaded through the loop of the kipper tape. The belt is fastened with a loop and a button.
A 0.2 cm finishing stitch is stitched along the seat seam, side seams, waistband and shoulder straps.
In places of increased load (entrances to the side inner pockets) zigzag tacking is made with light gray threads.
The dimensional label and the care symbol are attached in the seam of the trouser seat at a distance of at least 10 cm. below the top of the pants.
The Tornado branded paper tag with a label holder is attached to the left half of the pants in the waistband area.
Reinforced threads are used for sewing.
