Technical description of the model

Jacket for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical influences.

The jacket of a straight silhouette with a central side zipper on the "zipper", which is closed with a placket on the buttons. The placket is sewn on the left shelf. The lower placket is made of finishing fabric, which forms a roll to the front side.

The jacket has shoulder overlays made of finishing fabric. Reflective tapes of 2.5 cm width are adjusted along the bottom of the shoulder pads of the back and the back.

Shelves with oblique reliefs. The chest pockets are fastened with an internal textile clasp. Lower patch pockets with a flap, with an oblique entrance, fastened with a button. The flap is made of finishing fabric. When stitching the left patch pocket, a branded black label "Tornado" is inserted.

Standing collar, lower collar made of finishing fabric, which forms a roll to the front side.

Two-seam sleeves, fitted, with reinforcing overlays of finishing fabric in the elbow area, with cuffs on an elastic band with an overlay. Reflective tape with a width of 2.5 cm is sewn on the lower part of the sleeves.

The width of the jacket bottom is regulated by an elastic cord with locks, which is led to the side seams through the blocks.

Sleeve armholes, elbow seams and cuff extensions are stitched with a 0.2 cm finishing stitch.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on patch pockets and flaps, the reliefs of the shelves, on the reinforcement pads in the elbow area, the bottom of breast pockets.

In places of high load (pocket flaps) on the front edge straight stitching fasteners are made.

The size label is sewn into the seam of the collar in the neck next to the branded hanger "Tornado" so that the size and height are clearly visible. The care label is sewn into the left side seam of the jacket at a distance of 20.0 cm from the bottom of the jacket.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag with a label holder is attached to the left shelf in the basque area.

The Tornado branded zipper tape is inserted into the runner holder of the central zipper.
