Technical description of the model

Overalls (brown color) for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects.

Semikombinezon of straight silhouette, cut off at the waist line and with a fastener "bow fold" on three loops and three buttons.

On the bib of the dungaree there is a patch pocket with a flap with beveled corners, which closes on a textile clasp. The flap is made of finishing fabric (beige color). When stitching on the breast pocket of the dungaree, a black Tornado brand label is inserted. A belt is sewn at the bottom of the bib.

On the front halves there are front patch pockets with beveled corners, which are included in the side seams and in the seam of the bib.

On the waist line the back is adjusted with an elastic band. On the back halves of the dungaree are adjusted patch pockets with beveled corners, at the entrances to which are installed holniteny. A blue Tornado label is stitched on the cuff of the spine. The length of the dungaree is adjusted by straps with elastic band and fasteners.

The dungaree is fastened with three buttonholes and three buttons on the left side. On the left side seam of the dungaree is adjusted side bottom pocket with a flap with beveled corners, which closes on a textile clasp. The flap is made of finishing fabric (beige color).

At the bottom of the overalls in two rows is set reflective tape 5.0cm (gray).

Flaps of the bib pocket and side bottom pocket are made of finishing fabric (beige color).

Finishing stitches of 0.2cm are stitched on: side seams, seat seam, buckle, bib and backpin, bib belt, straps, entrance to the side front pockets.

Double finishing stitches at 0.2cm and 0.7cm are stitched on: bib pocket and flap, front side pockets, side bottom pocket and flap, back half pockets.

Fasteners are made in places of high load (entrances to the front side pockets).

The size label in the dungaree is sewn into the middle seam of the back half of the pants at least 5.0 cm below the backpack seam.

The care symbol is sewn below the size label.

The dungaree is sewn with reinforced threads.
