Technical description of the model

Insulated overalls with an exaggerated chest and back. The central zipper on the "zipper". Black branded tape "Tornado" is inserted into the zipper runner.

Chest slash pockets with zipper closure. The front halves of the dungaree are fitted with patch side pockets with a bevel, included in the side seam. The patch pockets are set with a finishing stitch at 0.2 cm. A black Tornado label is inserted under the left side pocket.

The dungaree is adjusted at the waist line by a stitched elastic band. Under the belt there are sewn-in shoulder straps (5 pcs.).

Straps with an elastic band and fasteners to adjust the product to the height.

On the bottom of the pants on the front and back halves adjusted reflective tape (width. 2.5 cm).

The bottom of the pants on the front and back halves (under the reflective tape and to the bottom) is reinforced with additional finishing fabric.

The dungaree is lined with insulation. Syntepon of 200g/m2 density is used as an insulator. The lining is quilted with insulation. The lining of the back of the dungaree is stitched with a blue Tornado label.

The dimensional label and care symbol is inserted in the middle seam of the lining of the back halves of the dungaree on the cuff not less than 5.0cm from the stitching of the blue brand label next to each other.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the dungaree, for durability additional finishing stitches are laid along the step seams and the seat seam at 0.2cm.
