VIP suit (shirt, pants)

The suit is designed for employees of security agencies and security services of enterprises and can be recommended in cases when it is necessary to wear a belt with special means of protection (gas can, baton, flashlight, etc.). It consists of a shirt, which is worn under tucking, and pants.

Technical description

Thesuit is made of mixedsmooth-dyed fabric.

Theshirt has a central fastening with six buttons and six loops along thepatch strip of the left shelf.

Shelves in the middle with flaps stitched from top to bottom. Shelves with shaped overlays, imitating basques and used as pockets. Theentrance of the overlay detail of each shelf is on a textile clasp on the side of the shirt's edgeline. In the center of the overlay details of the shelves arestitched protections, as on theshelves.

On the underside of the stripes, in the place where the textile fasteners of the overlaid details of the stripes are stitched, therearereinforcing strips from the main fabric, under the textile fastener.

On the patch details of the stripes there are patch shaped pockets with flaps, as on thestripes and onthe patch details of thestripes, respectively.

The pockets with shaped flaps, with decorative loops and buttons sewn on top (imitation clasp). The flaps are fastened with a textile clasp. When stitching the flaps on the overlapping details of the shelves, anopeningis formed for quick insertion of a pencil in the pocket.

The flaps stitched on the shelves, overlays and breast pockets coincide and form a continuous line.

On the patch detail of the left shelf, above the flap of the breast pocket, there is a detail for a token with two metal blocks located one above the other.

On the wrong side of the left strip overlay, in the place where the token detail is sewn on, there is a token stiffener in the form of a strip made of the main fabric. One end of the strip is sewn into the shoulder seam, and the other is fixed by the seam of the flap patch.

Theback with a double basque, with twosheathed shapedfolds in the seam of sewing the basque and threestitched fromtop to bottom (one of them in the middle of the back, the other two - on either side of the middle one).

Sleeves are sewn-in, shirt cut, single seam, long, with sewn-in cuffs and two pleats at the bottom in the seam of sewing the cuffs. The cuffs are fastened with a button and a button (two buttons on the cuff to regulate the tightness of fit). The sleevebottom cut is processed with a sewn-in placket with a button and a button.

In the upper part of the sleeves, in the armpit area, on both sides of the elbow seam made ventilation holes in the form of loops.

Epaulettes are sewninto the seams of the sleeves, which are fastened on the shoulders with loops and buttons.

Thecollar isstand-back with acut-off stand, the lower part of which is made of mixed material. The collar is fastened with a horizontal buttonhole and a button.

A sizelabel is insertedin the middle of the collar stitching in the neckline, and a hanger is placed on top of it. A care symbol is inserted in the left side seam of the shirt at a distance of 200mm ± 20mm from the bottom.

The bottom of the shirt is finished with a folded seam with a closed cut, 10 ± 2 mm wide. Along thepatch strip andalong the perimeter of the overlaid details of the shelves, breast pockets and flaps, along the collar, armhole, epaulettes and sleeve cuffs, back basque and back panelpleats,doublefinishingstitching (at a distance of 0.2 ± 1 mm and 0.7 ± 1 mm from the edge) isstitched.

Straight silhouette pants, with a zipper and a flap from the main fabric, sewn into the seam of the trim. The flap fastens on a loop and a button, which is sewn to the lining of the codpiece.

Thebelt is sewn on and fastens with a metal button. An elasticband is inserted in the side parts of the waistband and stitched in the middle. Thewaistband of the pants is stitched with seven belt loops.

The front halves have cut-off barrels that form side pockets. The pocket sacks are double-stitched and made of cotton fabric. Along the front halves, from top to bottom there are stitched tabs.

Back halves with darts and slash pockets "in a frame", which are fastened on a loop (made of the main fabric) and a button.

Pants with a gusset, along the front edge of which isstitchedfinishing stitch (at a distance of 1.5 ± 0.5 mm from the edge).

A finishingstitch (1.5 ± 0.5 mm from the edge) is stitched along thestep seam (including the gusset) and the seat seam.

The size label and care symbol are inserted in the seat seam of the pants at a distance of 100 ± 20 mm from the waistband seam.

The bottom of the pants is finished with a folded seam with a closed cut.

Fasteners aremade inthe suit in places of high load:

- on theedges of breast pocket flaps;

- on the flaps for the entrance of the pencil;

- at the entrances to the overlapping chest details of the shelves;

- onthe sleeve cut trims;

- at thetop of the waistband flaps;

- at thebottom of the side pockets;

- at thebottom of the codpiece;

- onthe rounding of the codpiece;

- on thecorners of the gusset in the seam.

- onthe corners of the gusset at the seat seam;

- on the ends of the back pant pockets;
