Thestrapless safety belt is an individual protective device, which in combination with other safety equipment is used to ensure safety during construction, installation, repair, rescue and rescue work at height or in wells, underground and above-ground tanks and communications (high-altitude climbing work - HAR), where there is a risk of falling of workers performing these works.Thebelt ismanufactured according to the climatic version U, category 1 according to GOST 15150 with the lower temperature limit limited to -40°С.Use of thebelt provides an opportunity to choose a convenient position (fixation of the working position and release of hands) when performing works with the support of a fixed sling.The belt meets the requirements of DSTU EN 358:2017, TU U 17.4-21582561-002-2004, "Instructions on labor protection when working at height using special safety equipment".Characteristics:Thegeneral view of the belt is shown in the figure:
1 - frame 2, 5 - side fixing elements 3 - tape;4 - belt, 6 - clamp, 7 - buckle (clasp), 8 - rings for hanging tools and accessories.The belt ismade of polyamide belt (3) 50 mm wide. The metal adjusting buckle (7) is used to fasten the belt to the user's body. The side fastening elements (2, 5), in the form of barely curved outward buckles, ensure the possibility of working with the sling support. The belt has a tag with the date of manufacture (month, year) of the belt and its individual number. Wide belt (4) on the belt due to its ergonomic shape evenly distributes pressure within the lumbar spine and contributes to comfortable working conditions. The metal rings (8) on the back of the belt are used for hanging tools and auxiliary equipment.Thebelt can be equipped with a sling consisting of a carabiner attached to its free end or two carabiners at the ends, which directly (or with the help of a connecting element) serve for fixing the working position of the WWR performer.Thesling can be made of metal chain, kapron tape, polyamide or steel rope .The weight of the belt without a sling is 0.15-0.18 kg. Each belt is completed with a "Registration form".ATTENTION! It is forbidden to make changes or amendments to the belt design and to carry out its repair.
