Belt PB-2 with a belt sling is an individual protective device, which, together with other safety equipment, is used to ensure safety during construction, installation, repair, rescue and rescue work at height or in wells, underground and above-ground tanks and communications (high-altitude climbing work - HAR), where there is a risk of falling of workers performing these works.Thebelt ismanufactured according to the climatic version U, category 1 according to GOST 15150 with the lower temperature limit limited to -40 °C.Use of thebelt provides an opportunity to choose a convenient position (fixation of the working position and release of hands) when performing works with the support of a fixed sling.ATTENTION: It is forbidden to use this type of belt in conditions where there is a threat of damage to the sling (when performing fire works, sharp edges on structural elements, etc.).Thebelt meets the requirements of DSTU EN 358:2017, TU U 17.4-21582561-002-2004, "Instructions on labor protection when working at height using special safety equipment".Technical specifications.Thegeneral view of the belt is shown in the figure.

Metal adjusting buckle (4) is used to adjust the belt to the user's figure. The side fastening elements (3), in the form of strong, barely curved outward buckles, ensure the possibility to work with the sling support. The belt has a tag with the date of manufacture (month, year) of the belt and its individual number. Wide belt (2) on the belt due to its ergonomic shape evenly distributes the pressure in the area of the lumbar spine and facilitates work when supported by a sling in more comfortable conditions. Metal rings (6) on the back of the belt are used for hanging tools and auxiliary equipment.The belt iscompleted with a sling made of kapron tape (8) with a carabiner (9) fixed on its free end, which directly (or with the help of a connecting element) serves for fixing the working position of the BBP performer.Thesling ismade of kapron tape. The weight of the belt without the sling is 0.15-0.18kg. Each belt is completed with a "Registration form".ATTENTION!
