Summer pants "Rubicon"

Technical description of the model

Men's pants, combined from gray and black fabrics, for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects.

Pants straight silhouette with a zipper and sewn waistband with a wide belt (5 pcs.), which fastens on 1 loop and 1 button.

The front halves of the pants with reliefs, with side internal pockets of shaped shape, with patch pockets on top of side pockets, the entrance to which is processed with lining with a lemon-colored finishing fabric, with shaped kneepads with notches.

Back halves of the pants with a shaped basque and patch pockets with shaped flaps on textile fasteners. At the bottom of the flaps there is a belt for easy opening of the pockets. Decorative inserts are stitched along the bottom of the pants in the side seams of the back halves.

On the side seams of the pants there are patch pockets with flaps of shaped shape on textile fasteners. At the bottom of the flaps there is a strap for easy opening of the pockets. A black Tornado label is inserted into the left side pocket during stitching.

The bottom of the pants is finished with a seam in the fold with a closed cut.

A 0.2 cm finishing stitch is stitched on the top of the waistband, shoulder seam, seat seams, side seam.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on the lower edge of the waistband, the reliefs of the front halves, pockets and flaps, kneepads, back half basque.

The size label is sewn into the seam of the seat of the back half of the pants next to the care symbol, at a distance of 5 cm from the seam of sewing the basque.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag with a label holder is attached to the left trouser half in the codpiece area.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the suit.
