Technical description of the model

Men's pants for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects.

The pants are tapered to the bottom.

The front halves of the pants with a "bow fold" fastener on the loops - buttons, with side internal pockets and folds at the waist.

Back halves of the pants with darts.

On the side seams, a patch pocket with a flap on a textile clasp and with a loop of belt tape for easy unbuttoning. When stitching the left side patch pocket, the branded black label "Tornado" is inserted.

The patch pockets and the flap have beveled corners and are stitched with double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm.

The waistband is cut off, on the sides with an elastic band and 5 seams.

Finishing stitches at 0.2 cm are stitched on the seat seam, side seams and the back half of the pants, waistband, shoulder seams.

The entrance to the inner side pockets of the front halves is stitched with 0.7 cm finishing stitching.

The dimensional label and care symbol are attached to the seat seam of the pants at a distance of at least 5.0 cm below the waistband seam.

The Tornado branded paper tag with a label holder is attached to the left half of the pants in the waistband area.

Peculiarity: reinforced threads are used for sewing the pants, for durability additional finishing stitches are laid along the seat seam and side seams of the pants.
