Technical description of the model

Men's suit for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects. The suit consists of a jacket and pants.

The jacket of straight silhouette with a central side fastening on hinges and buttons, with basquets of finishing fabric. On the left and right shelves chest patch pocket with a hole for a pencil, in the left pocket inserted branded black label "Tornado". Two lower patch pockets are included in the side seams of the jacket.

The back with a basque made of finishing fabric.

There is a reflective tape of 50.0 mm on the stripes and back.

The sleeves are sewn in one-seam, with cuffs on the loops and buttons.

Collar lapel.

Finishing stitches at 0.2 cm in the jacket stitched on: armholes, collar. Pockets are stitched with double finishing tape at 0.2 and 0.7 cm.

Straight silhouette pants. The waistband is with a belt loop (5 pcs.) and front fastening on the loops and buttons. There are two patch pockets on the front halves of the pants, the pockets are included in the side seams. The back halves of the pants are notched.

The finishing stitches in the pants are stitched on the step seams of the front halves, the seat seam, the buckle, the waistband by 0.2 cm. The pockets are stitched with double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm.

At the bottom of the pants tuned reflective tape 50.0mm.

In the jacket, the size label is sewn into the collar seam in the neck next to the hanger so that the size and height are clearly visible. In pants, the size label is sewn into the middle seam of the back halves at least 5 cm from the waistband seam.

In jackets, the care label is sewn into the left side seam at a distance of 20 cm from the bottom of the jacket. In pants - in the middle seam of the back halves, but not more than 5.0 cm from the seam of sewing the waistband (near the size label).

In the left side of the jacket between the 1 and 2 loops is attached a branded paper tag.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the suit.

Material: Greta (art. 2701; color 1076); pl. 220 g/m²; composition: 53% cotton. 47% pe.

Defensa orange, fluorescent; pl 190g/m², composition: 80% fe. 20% cotton.

1. The suit consists of a jacket and pants.

2. The suit is folded as follows: jacket - side seams and sleeves folded inside, pants folded four times, stacked in the jacket and fold the jacket three times.

3. Only one suit is placed in one bag. The suit is placed in the bag so that the size and height can be easily seen.

4. Suits packed in bags, tied with a cord (rope) cross on cross, but no more than 5 packages in a bundle, there must be an additional label, which indicates the size, height and number of packages.

5. Costumes in one bundle must be of the same size and height.

6. The products must look like a marketable item.
