Technical description of the model

Men's overalls, combined from gray and black fabrics, for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects.

Straight silhouette dungaree, cut off at the waist, with a zipper.

The bib of the dungaree with reliefs, patch pocket with a shaped flap on textile fasteners. At the bottom of the flap is inserted belt braid for easy opening of the pocket. The Tornado branded black label is inserted into the patch pocket. There is a belt at the bottom of the bib.

Front halves of the pants with reliefs, with side inner pockets of shaped shape, with patch pockets on top of side pockets, the entrance to which is processed with lining with a lemon-colored finishing fabric, with shaped kneepads with notches.

Back halves of the dungaree with a shaped basque. Decorative inserts are stitched along the bottom of the dungaree, in the side seams of the back halves.

The length of the jumpsuit is adjusted by straps on the elastic band and fasteners. The branded blue Tornado label is stitched on the back panel of the dungaree.

On the side seams of the dungaree there are patch pockets with shaped flaps on textile fasteners. At the bottom of the flaps there is a belt for easy opening of the pockets. A black Tornado label is inserted into the left side pocket during stitching.

The dungaree is fastened with three buttonholes and three buttons on the left side.

The bottom of the pants is worked with a seam in the hem with a closed cut.

Finishing stitching at 0.2 cm is stitched on the waistband, shoulder straps, seat seams, side seam, straps.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on the reliefs of the front halves, reliefs and edges of the bib, reliefs and edges of the back, pockets and flaps, kneepads, basque of the back halves.

The size label is sewn into the seam of the seat of the back half of the dungaree next to the care symbol, at a distance of 5 cm from the seam of sewing the basque.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag is attached to the left half of the dungaree in the codpiece area with a label holder.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the suit.
