Technical description of the model

Men's pants for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical influences (beige color).

Pants straight silhouette with a zipper with a fitted waistband that fastens on 1 loop and 1 button and shlevki (5 pcs.),.

The upper part of the front half of the pants with side internal pockets and gusset, providing freedom of movement.

The middle part of the front halves of the pants with notches in the area of the knee line (two notches on each side).

Back halves of the pants with basques.

On the side seams - patch pockets with flaps, with beveled corners. The flaps are fastened with a textile clasp.

In the waistband, to fix the pants, is inserted technical cord, which on the right side is fastened, and on the left side is led through the swept loop and threaded into a loop of rep ribbon. The end of the cord is soldered.

In the lower part of the pants, in two rows, set reflective tape 5.0cm (gray).

A 0.2cm finishing stitch is stitched on the seat seam, the front edge of the gusset, side seams, the upper edge of the waistband, shoulder straps, pocket entrances, kneepads and kneepad notches.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2cm and 0.7cm stitched on the side pockets and flaps, the lower edge of the waistband.

In places of increased load (entrances to the side inner pockets, codpiece of the pants) are made fasteners.

The dimensional label and care symbol are attached to the seat seam of the back half of the pants at a distance of 10.0 cm from the seam of the waistband.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag with a label holder is attached in the upper part of the left half of the pants.

Reinforced threads are used for sewing.
