Technical description of the model

Jacket for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical influences.

The jacket of straight silhouette with a central - side zipper on the "zipper" of red color, which closes with a bar on the buttons. The placket is set on the left shelf with a finishing stitch at 0.7 cm.

Shelves with basques, with breast and lower pockets. There is a patch chest pocket with a flap with a button. The flap is sewn into the seam of the jacket and the shelf. The corners of the breast pocket and the flap are oblique. On the left shelf there is a chest slash pocket with a zipper in red. The lower pockets of the shelves are patch pockets with a double pocket entrance. The top pocket entrance is covered with a flap on the button, the entrance from the side seams - on the trim. In the center of the flaps is inserted a loop of red belt tape for easy opening of the pockets.

Back with a basque.

Standing collar. Lower collar made of red-colored finishing fabric.

Sleeves are double-seamed, fitted, with cuffs on an elastic band with an overlay. On the left sleeve there is a patch pocket with a flap with a button , with abranded black Tornado label insertedwhen the pocket is stitched on. A red-colored belt loop is inserted into the pocket flap for easy pocket opening.

Sleeve armholes, elbow seams and cuff extensions are delayed by 0.2 cm with finishing stitching.

The width of the jacket bottom is regulated by an elastic cord with locks, which is led to the side seams through the blocks, two pieces on each side.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on the patch pockets and flaps, the flaps of the back and back, the trim, the upper cut and the collar ends.

In places of increased load (pocket flaps, pocket entrances) zigzag fasteners are made with red threads.

Thesize label is sewn into the seam of the collar in the neck next to the branded hanger "Tornado" so that the size and height are clearly visible. The care label is fastened into the left side seam of the jacket at a distance of 20.0 cm from the bottom of the jacket.

The brandedblue Tornado label is stitched on the wrong side of the left shelf pocket bagging.

The Tornado brandedpaper tag with a label holder is attached to the left shelf in the basque area.

The Tornado brandedzipper tape is inserted into the runner holder of the central zipper.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the suit
