Insulated Jacket "Concord"

The insulated men's jacket "Concord" has a straight silhouette and is designed for use in cold weather. Practical insulated workwear combines functionality, comfort and protection from the cold during work and active use.

The insulated jacket features a central zip fastening covered with a flap secured with a textile fastener. The hood is detachable by means of a zipper.

Front panels with a yoke. The yokes feature a fold at the bottom that imitates a chest pocket flap. The chest pockets have zipper fastenings and are located under the yoke. The lower welt pockets with zipper fastenings are positioned vertically at an angle.

The back features a detachable yoke with decorative stitching at a distance of 0.7 cm from the seam.

The sleeves are set-in and single-seam. The upper part of the sleeves features welt pockets with zipper fastenings and welt details. The pocket bags are secured to the sleeve upper part with decorative stitching. The sleeve hems feature cuffs with elastic tape. The sleeve armholes are additionally stitched with decorative stitching at a distance of 0.2 cm from the seam.

Stand-up collar. The lower collar stand is made of fleece. Textile fasteners for attaching the hood are sewn onto the ends of the upper collar and covered with an additional flap. To protect the face from the ends of the zipper, an additional windproof flap with a fold onto the outer side is inserted into the zipper and collar seam.

The detachable insulated hood is attached to the jacket with a zipper. It is fastened at the ends with a textile fastener. The hood volume is adjusted with an elastic cord and a sewn-in cord lock.

The bottom of the jacket features a drawstring channel with an elastic cord. The cord length is adjusted with a sewn-in cord lock at the level of the jacket side seams.

The front panels and back of the jacket have a fleece lining, while the sleeves have a polyester lining. The front panel lining features internal welt pockets with zipper fastenings. The hood is lined with fleece.

Jacket insulation: front panels and back — synthetic insulation with a density of 300 g/m²; sleeves, hood and collar — synthetic insulation with a density of 200 g/m².

The size label is sewn into the neckline, into the lower collar attachment seam next to the hanger loop, so that the size and height are clearly visible.

The care label is secured in the left side seam of the lining at a distance of 20 cm from the bottom of the jacket.

The branded paper tag is attached to the tag holder in the upper part of the jacket collar stand.

Feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the jacket. Additional decorative stitching is applied along the sleeve attachment seams to increase durability.
