Sublimation printing is one of the main methods of manufacturing modern flags.

Sublimation printing is the creation of a drawing with dyes, when under the influence of high temperatures they change from liquid or solid to gaseous state and deeply penetrate into the structure of synthetic material. This technology is very popular and widely used in manufacturing, advertising, trade, etc.

Depending on the purpose we use different materials.

Flags for actions - we use polyester silk, density 190g.m.sq.m. Printing on the back side is 70%. The fabric is light, looks good in different conditions of use. The size of flags 90x135cm, 100x150cm.

Street flags - we use for gas stations, car dealerships, on fields, at the entrance to the building. Fabric flag mesh, more resistant to weather conditions.

One-sided printing (4+0) - on the back side of the imprinted image 30%.

Double-sided printing (4+4) - face + mirror image on the back side. Saturated bright colors on both sides.

Dimensions:

Horizontal - 90x135cm, 100x150cm, 100x200cm, 120x180cm, 140x210cm,

Vertical - 100x200cm, 100x300cm, 100x400cm.

The size of the flag is not stable and can be changed according to the customer's specifications.

Information required to place an order is:

- number of flags;

- size (width and length)

- fabric (polyester silk, flag mesh, gabardine, satin, chiffon);

- one-sided or two-sided printing (face + mirror image);

- flag layout preferably in vector, format eps, cdr (up to version 17), ai. Font in curves, colors PANTONE or CMYK. It is also possible to print with JPEG, TIF (250 dpi).

- flag sewing (pocket diameter, eyelets, carabiners).
