Technical description of the model

Vest for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical effects with reflective stripes, perform a signaling function.

Combined vest made of dark blue fabric and fluorescent mesh of lemon color of straight silhouette with a central-board zipper "zipper" of lemon color.

Shelves with cut-off basques with fluorescent mesh of lemon color along the lower edge of which is set reflective tape gray (width 25mm) and with a breast pocket with a zipper - "zipper" lemon color. Below the waist line - an insert with fluorescent mesh of lemon color, along the edges of which are set reflective tapes of gray color (width 25mm). On the shoulder seams - overlays of dark blue fabric.

Back with a cut-off basque with fluorescent mesh of lemon color along the lower edge of which is stitched reflective tape of gray color (width 25mm). Below the waist line - insert with fluorescent mesh of lemon color, along the edges of which is adjusted reflective tape gray (width 25mm).

The bottom of the jacket is processed with a seam in the fold with a closed cut. The neck, the line of the side and armhole are edged.

The finishing stitch on 0,2 cm is stitched on the shoulder pads.

Double finishing stitching at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on the patch pocket.

The size label is sewn in the center of the back neck so that the size and height are clearly visible. The care label is sewn into the left side seam of the jacket at a distance of 25.0 cm from the bottom of the jacket.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag is attached to the left shelf in the basque area with a label holder.

The Tornado branded zipper tape is inserted into the holder of the runner of the central zipper.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing.
