Technical description of the model

Jacket for protection against general industrial pollution and mechanical influences.

The jacket of straight silhouette with a central-board zipper "zipper" of lemon color, closed with a strip, adjusted on the left shelf with a finishing stitch at 0.7 cm. The lower part of the trim strip made of lemon-colored finishing fabric forms a crossover.

Shelves with cut-off basques of black color, with breast and lower pockets. The base of the stripes consists of three parts - upper, middle and lower.

The upper parts of the shelves are made of gray fabric and form patch pockets, the entrance to which is on the side of the central zipper. The pocket trims of the upper parts of the shelves are made of black fabric. The entrance to the pocket is on a textile clasp. A blue Tornado label is stitched on the back side of the shelf.

The middle parts of the shelves are made of gray fabric and form the flap of the lower pockets of the lower parts of the shelves. The edge of the flap is edged with a lemon-colored trim fabric.

Lower pockets with "zipper" fasteners, located on the lower parts of the shelves and overlapped with the flaps of the middle parts of the shelves.

The back with a cut-off basque made of black fabric. The back consists of two parts: the upper one made of gray fabric and the lower one made of black fabric. A lemon-colored trim fabric edging is inserted in the seam of the upper and lower parts of the back.

Standing collar. The lower collar is made of lemon-colored trim fabric.

The sleeves are three-seam, fitted, with one-piece cuffs with trim, with three buttons (to adjust the tightness of fit). On the sleeves there are patch pockets with "zipper" fasteners in lemon color. The pockets are combined from fabrics of two colors: black and gray. When the left pocket is stitched on, the Tornado branded black label is inserted.

The bottom of the jacket is lined. The width of the jacket bottom is regulated by three buttons (one upper and two lower parts of the button) located on both sides of the waistband.

A 0.2 cm finishing stitch is stitched on the seams of the collar and sleeves, on the shoulder seams.

Double finishing stitch at 0.2 and 0.7 cm is stitched on the pockets and flaps, the flaps of the back and back, the placket, the upper edge of the collar, the front and elbow seams of the sleeves, the bottom of the jacket and sleeves.

The size label is sewn into the collar seam in the neckline next to the Tornado branded hanger so that the size and height are clearly visible. The care label is sewn into the left side seam of the jacket at a distance of 20.0 cm from the bottom of the jacket.

The "Tornado" branded paper tag is attached to the left shelf in the area of the basque with a label holder.

The branded "Tornado" zipper tape is inserted into the holder of the runner of the central zipper.

Special feature: reinforced threads are used for sewing the costume
